Account & data deletion

For the app “Velva: Angel Numbers”.

Delete in the app

1. Open Settings.
2. Scroll to “Delete account”.
3. Confirm in the dialog (the button unlocks after a few seconds to prevent accidental taps).

After you confirm, you are signed out immediately.

What gets deleted

• Your account (email and hashed password);
• Your entire journal (numbers, times, notes, moods, places, saved AI readings);
• Your AI usage history.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Data kept only on your device (birth date for “Life Path”, photos) is removed with the app or via its settings.

If you can’t access the app

Email us from the same address your account is registered with, at support@velvaangelnumbers.com with the subject “Account deletion”. We will delete your account and data within 30 days and confirm once done.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. After deletion, records are removed from the active database immediately and purged from backups within 30 days.
